AIX 4.3.3, attached to ESS Shark Oracle EE 8.1.7 When doing a full db export I get a EXP-00002 error, no other errors. I have seen this before and its usually b/c of no space on device. The filesystem has 21gb free. It occurs on my last table which contains a blob. This table is 127gb. The export died when the export dump file reached 68,589,453,312 bytes. For fun, I did the export again w/ file=/dev/null and it worked fine. This leads me to believe its a hw or os error, not an Oracle problem. Any ideas out there? Also, the ulimit is unlimited for all resources on oracle user. Am I reaching a limit on this box? Maybe its a kernel parameter...
