After 15 or so minutes through the interview "OK, could you please tell
me what is your opinion about me". If (s)he is able in 15 minutes to
grasp the significant points of your personality and to express them
well with tact and politeness, probably (s)he will make a good boss.

Conversation: OT - interviewing your superior

I am in a position to interview candidates who will ultimately be my
boss.

I am the net admin in a mixed Unix/Win/Linux environment, with Oracle
databases, but no DBA (very simple databases).

My question is for 'example' questions to ask these guys to get a full
grasp of their management styles, political abilities, technical
competencies, etc. Any suggestions would be useful.

Thanks.
