A sailplane? Wow. Walt, does that require a pilot's license?
My husband and I used to sail a Hobie 18. He was a jr. champion sailor so all I did was the trim, put on the diaper, hang on to the trapeze to try to balance the boat, and scream my lungs out when a puff of wind put us sideways :) The best part was sailing through a thunderstorm (yea, that was brilliant, sure was windy)
I miss that boat. There's nothing like sailing. He sold the Hobie and bought a little fishing boat. And there's not one fish in the water off of Ft. Lauderdale that's dumb enough to bite.

Used to own a Hobie 16. Absolute blast to sail. Sold it so I could buy a
sailplane (a different kind of sailing).
