Raghu,

I would try and create a new tablespace (name it TEMP1, type=temporary)
while running, and alter the user's accounts to point to the new tablespace.
Wait awhile, and try and drop the old TEMP tablespace.

Seems to me that if there are temporary segments in use, Oracle will not let
you drop the tablespace.

If all else fails, kick the users off, drop and re-create the TEMP
tablespace.

It seems for me the block 134552 was corrupted!!.I think I have option to 
repair that block or drop temp tablespce!! So How can I drop temp tablespce
