If you want a table with the structure of a row in your uc9_correspondence, use THE
'%ROWTYPE'as follows:
TYPE tb_uc9_corres_type IS TABLE OF uc9_correspondence%ROWTYPE
INDEX BY BINARY_INTEGER;
