Write a procedure that kills the relevant session(s) and grant the user execute access to that procedure.

We have ORACLE 8.1.6 on UNIX server. My users asked me grant him the right to "kill the run away session." I don't want grant "alter
system," alter system kill ..., to him; Because it is too high
privilege. Does their has any other privilege which allow user kill
session?
