Funny, I wrote a perl script to do this same thing the other day.  It is a
perl script, runs under UNIX, and not only checks for defaults, but the
default Oracle passwords as well.

I was kinda proud of it, so I thought I'd pass it along.  Not
Jared-Still-Perl-Evangelist quality, but I'm happy.
