We have a problem on one of our development databases, whenever a developer
loads a form into Form Builder in debug mode and executes it, the
development database at the other end goes haywire:
I ran the form in debug again, and the error happened again.
Here are the exact error messages:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communcation channel
ORA-03127: no new operations allowed until the active
operation ends
FRM-40733: PL/SQL built-in DBMS_ERROR_CODE failed. (This
happened when I clicked the Close [X] button in the top corner.)
So the problem definitely seems to be related to the use of
Debug.
I will avoid using Debug Mode until the issue is resolved,
but I would like to have the option over the long run.
I am logging a TAR, but if anyone has seen this before I would be interested
in hearing your comments.
