Ron,

I have no control over attachment, it is a ESPN disclaimer text, and as it
is a pure text file, it doesn't contain any virus. I think your scanning
program is set-up to filter all attachments and all you have received is a
notification.

I wouldn't worry, unless it reports a virus detection.
