You can. I had it running on many boxes at Fujitsu (before they shut their doors that is).
Only thing to keep in mind is memory utilization. Oracle 32 bit will only allow you to utilize 1.75G total (all instances). There is a thing called memory windows on HP that removes that but puts a restriction of 1G per instance.
