Dear Gurus , I have a problem.
I have 2 databases on an win2000 machine and want
to create the third .
When I try to create a database with Database Conf.
Assistant , it creates the service and before creating datafiles it gives
error ORA-12545 and does not create datafiles although I ignore the
error..
I can connect to other two databases from both
server and clients . But can not create third DB.
Why can this be ?
