Hi,
I have noticed this strange error with two different database: 8i and 9i.
We have a cgi that worked well under 8i but not under 9i.
The problem was here :
If MyString = '' Then
Return xxx
End If ;
It never went in. I tried the following :
If 'string' = 'string' Then
-- never come here
End If ;
If 1 = 1 Then
-- never come here either
End If ;
I don't understand why. Is this a bug?
There was a 8i database previously that behaved in this manner but after a time
it solved the problem by itself.
