Kind of a broad question. Along with PeopleSoft SA, GL and Financials, we just implemented HRMS HR and Payroll 7.5 and 7.6 for E&G. The interface with GL was hairy, and we're still dealing with clean-up issues from legacy. Expensive? Yep, so we always recommend minimal modifications. Change management is critical, as well as training. Delivered patches sometimes caused problems. DBA as a full-time job? I'd say yes. Can anyone tell me anything about PeopleSoft? Is it difficult to implement? Support? Is it a full time job for the DBA?
