If you have access to Oracle on a unix system, take a look at $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/oraus.msg.
Events 10000 - 10999 are of interest here. You may also note that it says they are for debugging Oracle. As such you will likely never find documentation for some of them. A few of them are documented in the file.
