Hi Ken...     Do they have an internet connection?   http://docs.oracle.com   or   http://tahiti.oracle.com   It goes a long way...  And, as I mentioned in my other email... This person has been pointed at the exact manual on numerous occasions but chooses not to do any reading...  He needs to post more questions along the lines of "Where do I look to find the answer to..." and "I looked in the xxx manual but I don't understand ..."  This is not a random whack at a poster who asks the occasional question... I have a enough Oracle books to make the springs in my car sag, and sometimes, the answer just isn't there.  Mostly yes, but sometimes no.  Usually, I have to go through 3 or 4 books before I find an answer I can use.
