When I was purchasing my CD pack a couple of weeks ago, the site was so slow, it would take 2-3 minutes for any page to load (on my DSL). I finally gave up and called Sales on the phone. I asked him up was up with the site, and he told me that they had just upgraded the site and were ironing out bugs.
