Just went into the OEM console and choose Navigator from the menu. It says: discover NODES. Discover is discovering the computer that the instances are on. After the discovery query the node and you should see the two instances.
BTW: Marin, I think that the OEM agent is one per node(computer) and not specific to an instance. ( on NT, al least, it is a service.)
