Mike, You said you moved everything. Did that include redefining ORACLE_BASE. I thought that what the installer used as the default path for the oraInventory directory. I don't know if that's the case when you've got an existing oraInventory though. I'm slogging through Universal Installer install problems (on Compaq Tru64) as well.
