All of THIS said, however, there is a way that you can see the PERTINENT information if you need to. If you have a tar that you are working with them on their end, and you find a tar desc that looks like you might get something out of it (or if THEY reference it) and you tell them... they can cut the non client specific data out of the message and let you see the resulution path that worked for them.
THAT happened end of last week when we were doing our initial install of Financials (development instance on AIX).
