You've probably had a problem when you first opened
resetlogs. Fe., setting rollback segments that don't
exist yet. Issue a select over v$log and v$logfile to
determine which is the current redo. Copy that one to
path and with the name of the archive Oracle is
asking. Then issue the recover again and then the
alter database resetlogs.
