Pipo, I used to get this all the time with DBCA on NT. It should be creating a log file, I don't remember where, but I think its the same place as the oracle installer does. This happened so much to me, that when I do use DBCA now, instead of having it create the database, I have it just generate the scripts, then cut and paste each command into a window so I can watch what it is doing, and see where it errors.
