 Thanks for the information about "objectivity". It sparked my
curiosity and I looked it up on the web. One of the hits was a report by
CHEP and their look into objectivity. 
 If you know of a contact at CHEP you might question them and how they
handled their database problems. They are a user of Oracle and were
looking for an Oracle DBA with tera-byte experience a while back.
