Related to the now obsolete DOCUMENT SQL*Plus command, once used to echo
everything and create (when spooling) kind of SQL tutorials. I have
never found it very useful, anyway. Musn't be alone since it is now
obsolete. Must be turned on by '/*' somewhere in your script. Keep C
style comments INSIDE statements (I only use them for hints, and I try
not do it too often). REM can only be used in SQL*Plus scripts. IMHO the
best choice for comments is --.
