While I don't have a recommendation for a good white paper, let me just throw out a blatant plug for Jonathan Gennick & Sanjay Mishra's book, Oracle SQL*Loader - The Definitive Guide. This is one book that I picked up and within just a few minutes was saying 'Wow - I've got to try that out!'
I would bet that it has some information that you would find beneficial. We would like to speed up the loads if possible. Does anyone have any tips or papers on improving performance on SQL*Loader? Thanks!
