Rachel, Yes , I worked at JPL in Pasadena California for 8 years and we had all these PHDs running around. Very smart people who could never apply their knowledge and produce work. They would let you know how smart they were though. Since I have not taken every oracle class it was unfair of me to generalize the way I did.
