process.dat & regid.dat Files Existing in $ORACLE_HOME/otrace/admin on APPLICATION Server were Causing the High %sys Utilization .
Deleted the 2 whereafter %sys returned to Normal NOTE - These files were get created as part of Oracle Installation .
