none of them will capture DML changes you have two choices:
1) turn on auditing... this will tell you at a macro level what has been touched, but won't necessarily tell you who did it or if it was done by the execution of his app 2) add an update_dt and an updated_by column to all tables and create a trigger which fires on insert/update/delete to fill the column of the row with sysdate and the userid of the user.
