Csv is a text file. The attributes that you ask for are implemented in the tool that reads and display the data. You can research this tool and add the necessary tags/format chars so the tool will display the results as you want them. I once used this method to format a report from a clipper (once upon a time) application that inserted control characters into the output stream.
