Greg, That's exactly the problem--you can't tell whether it's a problem or not! If the instance has been up for a couple of days, then it's probably a big deal. If the instance has been up for several months, then it's probably far less of a big deal. ...Unless a disproportionate amount of all that waiting time has been inflicted upon a really small number of programs. You just can't tell from system-wide data! You can't extrapolate detail from an average.
