The real player "Streams" and buffers" so you don't really download the file but rather watch it in streams.
Maybe you need a newer version of realy player... Im on w2kpro using real player 8 basic build 6.0.9.380 It is much the same as listening to the radio online (not that I do that at work.....) The presentation was pretty cool and worth looking into. Apparently Oracle is going to be big on running "clustering Linux servers" Where you hook a bunch of machines togother to spread out the processing....
