I have a 1.5 MB zip file containing my old web site for called gnumetrics which uses a PL/SQL package and MRTG to chart performance data. If someone has a webserver I can load this to I will. It is old but it works. At the very least you will get some ideas on how to do this. I store all my data internally now using the same aggregation policy as MRTG to get up to one year of data in very small size. I chart it using ODBC an Access with Microsoft Graph. Works very well and I get very useful reports.
