So Oracle statement SELECT TO_CHAR(33) FROM DUAL
is in TSQL only
        SELECT CHAR(33);  ?

I was searching docs, but didn't find it. I know on Sybase SQL Anywhere is it 
DUMMY, but it doesn't work on MSSQL (and DUMMY is on MS SQL reserved word!!)
