Hussain - One thing to be aware in generating text files from FoxPro is that Microsoft tends to be inconsistent with delimiters. Sometimes it thinks it needs a delimiter, and sometimes it doesn't write a delimiter. Inconsistency is hard to deal with. Often I find it is easier to deal with fixed-format files (sdf format).
