Use &1 &2 for the parameters passed from the command line.
If you had (test.sql) a script like:

select &1 from dual;
exit;

and you write on the command line:
sqlplus Scott/tiger@db @test.sql 'kuku'

It will become:

select 'kuku' from dual;
