It wouldn't be too difficult to craft a solution using the to_lob function, global temporary tables and the owa_pattern package.
Read the docs on to_lob, and you'll see that it's functionality is limited to use with inserts, hence the use of the global temporary table, though not strictly necessary. A regular table would work as well.
