There is nothing below which suggests data were selected over a database link. Check
the alert log for errors. The most likely culprit is improper tnsname resolution.
See if you can refresh the snapshot manually. Explicitly set TNS_ADMIN incase there
are rogue tnsnames.ora files. If you can do it manually and not in a job, are you
sure the tnsnams.ora file was present and in the default location when the database
was started? If not you will need to restart the database, and I would recommend
setting TNS_ADMIN in the session which restarts the database before you do.
