This is syntax error, why don't you check your create database syntax including init.ora file and system environment variable.
 
Just my speculation.

hi all,
I need your help, I have a problem while configuration database progress.
while progress until 46% I got a error message like this :
"ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified"
after that I can continue the configuration.
could anybody help me?
