I unfortunately deleted the message Connor sent this morning pointing
to a page on Tom Kyte's site.

While reading through the page I saw something that made me smile --
Tom's comment on disk layouts and how he no longer worries about them
as the system people do their magic while he is out having lunch (or
words to that effect) and it's done.

sounds a lot like how things go around here :)
