Munish - Don't forget to change the init.ora parameter PROCESSES greater than 2000. I didn't see where anyone mentioned that.

Normally, you would accomplish this with Shared Server. You will need 128Gb of memory for the PGAs alone. Or you can use swap, but get ready to wait.
