Hi Tom I always copy the diagrams to VISIO, print it from there. You can adjust stuff (pagesize) better then within Word or the like. But in cases, the diagrams get so big, that just a plotter and 2 square meter paper does the job ;).
PS: If you have the Acrobat Distiller installed, it also works very well to send the print to the dummy printer to turn it into a pdf.
