Hi! Just stop and disable the service "Automatic Updates" under Control Panel -> Adiministrative Tools -> Services. Also, a service called "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" appeared, which is able to transfer files in *background* i.e. without you knowing about it, for automatic update and some mystic MSN Explorer. WTF :| Stop and disable that one as well.
