Its not really rocket science here...

CPU is at the top of the timed event - and what causes
CPU (or is the most common cause) - logical I/O.  54
million consistent gets later down in the report
probably a bit of a giveaway there :-)

Next section in the report is some nice queries that
use up 4 or so million buffer gets.  Good ones to
start with...  As you've already noticed, no bind
variables.

Then some other miscellaneous things - look at how
much free memory you have in most of your pools "SGA
breakdown difference" - might be able to use that
better elsewhere.
