Linux (or it's tools) do have vulnerabilities as well. And more will be discovered/exploited as linux gains popularity.
In my personal opinion, Linux is Windows of unix world. It doesn't mean it is a bad thing, though. And a lot of linux fans are quite dummies compared to BSD enthusiasts for example. (Talking from personal experience with few linux "admins").
