Deprecated?  Already?  That sure didn't last long.

As far as what data types, I think it is whatever you can grab with a select
statement.  If you have long datatype, you need to do a 
set long 12345 (or whatever)

other stuff to set are 
set arraysize 100 (or whatever)
set copycommit 1000 (or whatever)

I like the command.  It seems to do a decent job of hauling over sizable
chunks of data.
