I'm not sure what's up with Amazon. It was released last week, and it's showing up at people's houses now when purchased from other sources.
Consider canceling your Amazon pre-order and buying it direct from oreilly.com. ...I'm pretty sure it's going to be several months before O'Reilly sells all the copies they printed.
