The grueling method is... grab the header, copy paste it into notepad.exe. That strips the weird formatting out of it.
Grab the body text, but not all the way down, try to guess where the body text frame ends and stop just before that. It may take a few tries to find exactly where. copy paste into Wordpad.exe. Hehehe.. amazing what we have to go through. An easier method I use it to view source - then chop out any erroneous html and "save as" mydoc.html Then you can view the html and copy out nicely...
