you need to create a format file (.fmt) for the that as per your data file.

OK folks I'm out on the dark side, once again.  Does anyone remember how
MicroSlop's BCP utility in SQL*server works?  I've got a user who bought a
third party SQL*server application, I won't go there, and he needs to move
some data from a desktop to a laptop SQL*server database.
