I have yet to see an objective, detailed comparison of Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server. From a technical (i.e. what can it do) as well as from an organisational (i.e. how is it to manage) point of view. Even 3rd party "think tanks" seem to walk on egg shells when evaluating software from major vendors, possibly to avoid alienating any of them.
