Piece of cake using vi, perl, or even pl/sql.

vi:  1000iWolfgang<ENTER><ESC>

perl: print qq{Wolfgang\n} x 1000;

pl/sql: typically more verbose, left as an exercise for the reader.

Oh, you didn't mean paper did you?  Not sure I still
know how to do that.
