I am currently using ucertify.com which is pretty complete. It helped me to pass the Oracle 11g SQL exam. Now I'm working on the PL/SQL programming exam. They have a free version of their test-prep software and a paid version. The paid version has more questions and test examples, but I'm sure you can get a start with the free version just as well.
